Mitchell City Council to consider agreement for a Corn Palace renovation study

The Mitchell City Council meets at 6 PM this evening at City Hall in downtown Mitchell.

The agenda includes action to approve an agreement with Schemmer Associates for a Corn Palace renovation study and action to approve a resolution which would levy a special assessment tax for downtown properties that are in the Business Improvement District, or BID, No. 3 boundaries.

Tonight’s meeting is open to the public, is streamed online, and is televised locally.
