SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports announced the week six GPAC Golfers of the Week this morning; among the winners was Tiger women’s golfer Megan Hinker.
Hinker, a senior from Lennox, S.D. recorded a third place finish out of 27 golfers during the opening meet at the Moundbuilder Spring Invite just a week ago. Her two-round total of 164 helped DWU golf to a team title, their first of the spring season.
Hinker and the rest of Tiger women’s golf is back in action Monday, April 18 and 19 at the Spring SiouxLand Women’s Invitational hosted by Northwestern and Dordt.
