Arthur passed away Wednesday, April 13 at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM Wednesday, April 20 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Mitchell.  Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery in Ethan.  A wake service will be held from 5-7 PM on Tuesday, April 19th at Will Funeral Chapel.
