Snow emergency declared in Mitchell; blizzard warning in effect until Tuesday morning

MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW)  The City of Mitchell is declaring a snow emergency effective at 8:00 AM on  Monday, March 25th. All vehicles shall be removed from Snow Emergency Routes or they will be subject to ticket and towing. NO PARKING will be allowed on Snow Emergency Routes until after the storm is over and the streets have been plowed the full width.
