The gymnastics team is scheduled to compete again tomorrow. They’ll be on the road in Huron for the Huron Invitational that is scheduled to start at 5:30pm.

The Marlins boys varsity hockey team is on the road tonight to begin their weekend of games. They’ll be competing in the Buffalo Tournament in Rogers, MN in multiple games through Saturday.

The Kernels basketball teams will both be facing the Brookings Bobcats at home this Friday. They’ll be in the World’s Only Corn Palace with JV, freshman and sophomore games starting at 3:30pm & 4:45pm. Varsity will start at 6pm for the girls and 7:30pm for the boys.

The Kernel girls wrestling team is the only one in action tomorrow as they prepare to hit the road. They’ll be in Harrisburg at Harrisburg High School for a varsity tournament. The competition will start at 4pm.

Dakota Wesleyan

Both Tiger basketball teams took on the Morningside Mustangs last night on the road. The No. 15 ranked women’s basketball team had a battle on their hands in Sioux City taking on Morningside. They ended up pulling out a close 57-55 victory. They improved to 14-4 overall and 9-3 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference. For the men, they also had a close game all the way down to the final minute. Though they were unable to come away with this road win and fell to the Mustangs, 77-72. They fall to 12-6 overall and 5-5 in the GPAC.

NBA

A small slate of games tonight in the association with just five on the schedule. It starts with the Indiana Pacers at the Detroit Pistons and the Phoenix Suns at the Washington Wizards both at 6pm. Then at 6:30pm on TNT/TruTV/MAX it’s the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Oklahoma City Thunder. At 9pm you’ll have the Los Angeles Clippers at the Portland Trail Blazers and the Houston Rockets at the Sacramento Kings on TNT/TruTV/MAX.
