A registered sex offender, Rodney Johnson, has been arrested on suspicion of loitering near Sonia Sotomayor Elementary School in Sioux Falls. Johnson, convicted in 2021 for possessing child pornography, was observed driving slowly around the school on multiple occasions.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A registered sex offender has been accused of loitering near a Sioux Falls elementary school. According to records, Rodney Johnson was convicted in 2021 of possessing child porn. He was spotted driving slowly near Sonia Sotomayor Elementary School multiple times. He was arrested Monday and booked at the Minnehaha County Jail.
