MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources is approving funds for clean water projects across the state. Nearly 140-million dollars in grants and low-interest loans will benefit drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Aberdeen, Bison, Box Elder, Dell Rapids, Huron, and Mitchell are just some of the areas that will benefit.
