PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Governor Larry Rhoden is signing pro-military and veteran bills into law. Senate Bill 6 supports federal military school buildings, House Bill 1161 deals with veteran designations, HB 1188 allows nonresident military members to purchase temporary waterfowl licenses, and HB 1238 helps with veteran benefits.
