A young woman has tragically died following a single-vehicle accident in Hand County.

HAND COUNTY, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A young woman is dead after a single-vehicle wreck in Hand County. The accident happened Wednesday morning on South Dakota Highway 14, one mile west of Wessington. Authorities say a Ford Excursion was heading west on Highway 14 when it left the roadway, entered a ditch, and rolled.
