MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The South Dakota Board of Regents is expanding its dual credit opportunities for high school students. The Gateway Certificate Program allows high school students to earn college credits, reducing the time and money needed to earn a degree. Three new certificates will introduce students to career paths in Architecture, Digital Technology, Health Sciences, and STEM.
