MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A $20,000 cash bond arrest warrant has been issued for 45-year-old Dustin Feistner of Mitchell after he failed to appear for his arraignment in Davison Felony Court. Feistner faces charges from a March 2nd incident at the Siesta Motel, where he allegedly entered an unlocked room without permission and later attempted to bribe officers with $100 each during his arrest. He is charged with a Class 1 misdemeanor for unlawful entry and a Class 4 felony for bribing public officials. Feistner has a criminal history including meth possession, aggravated assault, and firearm possession after a violent crime.
