SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) One woman is dead after a crash in northeastern Sioux Falls on Thursday morning. It happened on East Rice Street near Veterans Parkway. Police say an SUV crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a car head-on. A woman, who was the passenger in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
