SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) An incident Wednesday in Downtown Sioux Falls is responsible for a scene that involved more than a dozen emergency vehicles. Crews spent more than an hour investigating a situation at an apartment across from the Levitt stage. It came in as a hazmat call around 9 a.m., according to Sioux Fall Fire Rescue.
