MITCHELL S.D. (Mitchell Now) The public is invited to attend the annual Mitchell Memorial Day Program hosted by American Legion Post 18 on Monday, May 25, at 10 a.m. at the Servicemen’s Cemetery in Mitchell.
The Servicemen’s Cemetery is located on the west end of Graceland Cemetery near the cemetery maintenance building. A limited number of folding chairs will be available, and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs for additional seating.
In the event of rain, the program will move to the Mitchell Christian School gymnasium, located at 805 W. 18th Ave.
