MITCHELL, SD (Mitchell Now) — U.S. Rep. Dusty Johnson, R-S.D., is scheduled to speak Saturday at a welcome home ceremony for members of the South Dakota Army National Guard’s 665th Support Maintenance Company.
The ceremony will begin at noon Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Mitchell High School gym, 920 N. Capital St.
The event will welcome home members of the 665th Support Maintenance Company and recognize their military service.
Johnson, South Dakota’s at-large representative in the U.S. House, is scheduled to deliver remarks during the ceremony, according to an announcement from his office. Additional information about Johnson is available through his congressional website.
The welcome home ceremony provides an opportunity for family members, friends and the Mitchell community to recognize the returning South Dakota Army National Guard soldiers.
