Mitchell School Board to look at ’23-24 budget, receive high school update

The Mitchell School Board meets this evening at 5:30 PM at the MCTEA building across from Mitchell High School.

The agenda includes an initial look at the 2023-24 school district budget. The proposed budget of nearly $36.8 million dollars is up from this year’s $34 million budget.

The board will also receive an update on the construction of the new Mitchell High School building.

Personnel items include the hiring of Pat Larson as the new Mitchell High School football coach and the hiring of Bobby Reindl as Mitchell High School’s assistant principal.
