MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) State lawmakers in Pierre rejected a hazing ban on Monday, after testimony about harm at a South Dakota university. Todd Epp has the story. VERBATIM: The House Judiciary Committee voted 9-to-4 to kill the measure that would have criminalized hazing. South Dakota remains one of six states without such laws.
