Police say Lelana Sittingup and Tianna Bluebird took a one-year-old boy from a Sioux Falls apartment at gunpoint on Thursday night. The toddler was found the next day in a nearby apartment, leading to two arrests, but Sittingup remains at large. Sittingup, who is wanted on four warrants, faces charges of first-degree kidnapping, aggravated eluding, and fleeing from police, stemming from previous cases. KELOLand News reports she has a criminal history that includes drug charges and involvement in a high-speed chase.
