SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley says two people have been indicted in connection with drug overdose deaths at the state penitentiary this year. Inmate Manarion Fuse is charged with distributing synthetic drugs that killed another inmate in February. He faces up to 70 years in prison. Melibu Ross of Sioux Falls is accused of bringing meth into the prison before an inmate’s death in May. She could get up to 25 years if convicted.
