BLACK HILLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Black Hills Tourism officials are preparing for the upcoming season. Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial are just a few of the attractions that lure out-of-state visitors every year.  Tourism Economics reports visitor spending in South Dakota reached a record high of five-billion dollars, up nearly two-and-a-half percent over the previous year.
