BROOKINGS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The Brookings Regional Humane Society is asking for the public’s help after taking in 32 cats from a recent hoarding situation. The rescued cats won’t be available for adoption for several weeks. In the meantime, the shelter is already caring for over 100 cats, with about 80 of them ready for adoption now. The shelter is also asking for donations of bleach, cat litter, and cardboard flats that can be used as temporary litter boxes. For more Government stories from MitchellNow.com, Click Here.
