City of Mitchell to provide special leaf collection beginning October 16th

The City of Mitchell will be providing a special leaf collection beginning October 16th, 2023 running through November 17th, 2023. (Weather permitting) Leaves will be collected curbside on the same day as your garbage collection. All leaves must be placed in compostable yard waste bags or in a green waste cart.
