MITCHELL, SD (Mitchell Now) — The Corn Palace Shrine Circus is set to return to Mitchell April 27–29, bringing a long-standing tradition of family entertainment, thrilling performances, and community impact.

The annual event, held at The World’s Only Corn Palace, has been a staple in Mitchell for decades, drawing families from across the region for a mix of classic circus acts. Attendees can expect high-energy performances featuring acrobats, clowns, aerialists, animal acts, and other crowd-pleasing entertainment designed for all ages.

This year’s showtimes include:

  • Monday, April 27, 2026 – 7:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, April 28, 2026 – 4:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday, April 29, 2026 – 4:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now, with both reserved seating and general admission options available. Reserved tickets guarantee specific seating, while general admission allows for flexible entry based on availability.
