MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo Committee has named Dan Allen as the 2025 parade marshal. Allen, a former Mitchell City Council member and longtime local business owner, was honored for his decades of public service and commitment to the community. This year’s Hall of Fame inductees include Trevor Dierks, a Mitchell native and First Dakota National Bank executive. First Dakota National Bank was also honored for its critical financial support in developing the new rodeo grounds at Stampede Park.
