SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) You may soon be paying more to fund road projects if you live in Minnehaha County. County Highway Superintendent Jacob Maras (MAHR-us) is recommending the first increase in the county wheel tax in 30 years. Maras says a lot has changed in that time. (:14) The proposed increase would cost an extra four dollars per passenger vehicle, and up to an extra 46-dollars for heavier commercial vehicles.
