A Mitchell business owner whose residence and business were raided by law enforcement in December was arrested for his fourth DUI in the past six months on Thursday. 44-year old Cory Cumings allegedly crashed into a parked vehicle in the Mount Vernon school parking lot at around noon. A South Dakota Highway Patrol trooper responded to a report of an impaired driver. Cumings admitted to the trooper that he had ingested prescription medications. Cumings, who owns Mitchell Roofing and Siding, has twelve active charges against him including DUI, possession of a controlled substance, and stalking and permitting threatening or harassing phone calls. As of Friday morning, Cumings was being held in the Davison County Jail.
