No. 4 Dakota Wesleyan volleyball (27-25, 26-28, 13-25, 25-15, 16-14) pulled out the win against the No. 5 Northwestern at home in the opening round of the GPAC tournament. The Tigers won their first five-set match this season at the right time, notching 15 total blocks and hitting .165% on the evening.

DWU middle hitter Ady Dwight notched 17 kills and five block assists in victory, and setter Madeline Else racked up 54 assists.

Next up, Dakota Wesleyan will travel to Jamestown, N.D. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, for a semifinal match against the No. 1 Jimmies. The Tigers and Jamestown are slated to square off at 7 p.m. from Harold Newman Arena.
