Fresh off of being named GPAC Setter of the Week, Hannah Reiff and No. 15 Dakota Wesleyan volleyball (23-8, 10-6 GPAC) is set to take on Jamestown (29-0, 16-0 GPAC) Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the GPAC Tournament semifinal round. The Tigers defeated Northwestern in the opening round of the tournament on Saturday. DWU won in five sets after falling down two sets to one.

“I knew it was going to be like that. (Northwestern) had improved a lot since the first two times we played them,” DWU head coach Lindsay Wilber said. “…It was such a morale victory at the end when we came out of it because we hadn’t won a five-setter yet this year.”

Going up against the No. 1-ranked Jamestown Jimmies won’t be an easy task. Jamestown has lost just six total sets on the season.

“We have to have our A-game,” Wilber said. “We have to be as mistake free because that’s how Jamestown plays.”

No. 9 College of Saint Mary faces Concordia at 7 p.m. tonight as well in the other GPAC Tournament semifinal matchup. The winners will face off in the championship match on Saturday.
