Dale Letcher, 79, of Mitchell, SD, died Saturday, May 9, 2020 at his home under the loving care of Avera@Home Hospice in Mitchell. A Celebration of Life will be from 1-3:00 PM Sunday, July 25, 2021, at Bittner Funeral Chapel. Burial was held May 15, 2020 at Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell. Memorials may be directed to Mitchell Vocational Technical Institute and Avera@Home Hospice. Arrangements by Bittner Funeral Chapel.
