Davison County Commission To Set Date And Time For Reading Of Permit/Licensing Ordinance For IM 26

The Davison County Commission meets Tuesday at the North Offices Building on North Main Street in Mitchell. The meeting, which begins at 9 AM, is open to the public.

The agenda includes setting the date and time for the first reading of a permit/licensing ordinance for IM 26, which legalizes medical marijuana beginning July 1st.

Department heads will also report updates and openings to the commission.
