The Davison County Commission will meet this morning at 9 AM at the North Offices building on North Main Street in Mitchell. Today’s agenda is slim, with only two items. The first is a discussion on Initiated Measure 26 which legalizes medical marijuana in South Dakota. Also, Davison County State’s Attorney Jim Miskimins will address the commission regarding a juvenile diversion program purchase, employee pay, and union negotiations. The meeting is open to the public.
