MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Time is running out to apply for South Dakota Housing’s Grants for Grads program, with the deadline set for May 30th. The program, launched last year, offers up to five percent of a loan amount to recent college graduates who are buying their first home in the state. Graduates from the past five years, and those earning degrees this month, may still qualify. To apply, buyers must have a signed purchase agreement by the deadline.
