The Dakota Wesleyan softball team picked up its first GPAC Conference win of the year in a doubleheader split with Mount Marty yesterday at McWhirter Field.

The Lady Tigers scored 7 runs in the 6th inning of the first game to win 11-3.  Regan Nebel and Steph Gable each had two RBIs, while Millie Ramirez got the pitching win.

Mt. Marty took the second game 10-4.  Allison McElvany drove in three of the four runs for DWU.

The Lady Tigers are now 1-7 in the GPAC and 9-15 overall.
