Elsie passed away Tuesday, October 26 at Platte Health Center Avera. Funeral services are 10:00 AM Monday, November 1 at the Platte Christian Reformed Church. A committal service will follow at Platte City Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church from 3-5 PM Sunday, October 31 with a 5 PM prayer service.
