Elwin died Tuesday, July 26, 2002 at his home in Topeka, KS. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Monday, August 29, 2002 at Graceland Cemetery in Fulton, SD.

He is survived by his three brothers, Francis “Bud” (Darla) Vlieger, Fulton, SD, Dick Vlieger, Topeka, KS, and his twin brother, Eldon Vlieger, Topeka, KS; numerous aunts, uncles, a nephew and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Bernice Vlieger; and a brother, Bill Vlieger.
