STURGIS — The final Rally Tally from the South Dakota Highway Patrol shows three fatal crashes since the beginning of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.  That’s one fewer than last year.  There were 50 injury crashes compared with 62 last year and 45 non-injury crashes comp ared with 50 last year.  DUI arrests were up, while drug arrests were down.  There were 1,430 total citations at this year’s rally compared with 1,572 last year.
