A fire at the Good Samaritan Society in Wagner caused the evacuation of its residents on Tuesday. The Wagner Fire Department along with fire departments from Dante, Ravinia, and Lake Andes and emergency management and sheriff’s office personnel from Charles Mix County and Douglas County responded. No one was injured in the fire. No additional information is yet available.
