Francis Dean “Frank” Ryan, 86, of Platte, SD passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at his home. Memorial Services are 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Mount Funeral Home in Platte. Graveside Services will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN at a later date. Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
