MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Governor Larry Rhoden is extending an executive order to ease delivery rules for certain liquid products. The order addresses ongoing fuel shortages affecting South Dakota and other Midwest states. For the next four weeks, deliveries of gasoline, diesel, ethanol, propane, and more will be exempt from federal driving hour limits. The order now expires on June 30th.
