Harvey died Friday, June 30 at the Dougherty House in Sioux Falls.

Memorial services will be Friday, July 7 at 7 PM at the Will Funeral Chapel with burial at Graceland Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday from 5-7 PM at the Will Funeral Chapel.
