HURON, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The South Dakota Department of Corrections is alerting the public about the upcoming release of high-risk offender Moises Aguilar-Hernandez. The 43-year-old is set to be released on Thursday after serving his full sentence for sexual contact with a child under 16 in Beadle County.
