The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office says a juvenile boy is under suspicion for placing a recording cell phone in the family bathroom at the Dell Rapids City Pool Saturday.
The pool manager found the phone in an area of the locker room where a phone wouldn’t ordinarily be, according to authorities.
The sheriff’s office thinks there is another, earlier episode of recording in the locker room.
The juvenile, whose name was not released, is no longer employed at the pool.
