Police say the threat came in Wednesday afternoon, claiming there was a bomb in the drive thru. Officers responded quickly and determined the threat wasn’t credible. William Watkins Jr. was arrested and charged with making a felony terrorist threat. He’s being held at the Brookings County Detention Facility and will face charges in court.
