SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A man charged in a brutal assault in Sioux Falls is now accused of murder after the victim dies in the hospital. Police say Shawn Roubideaux has been charged with second-degree murder after Daniel Marshall died from his injuries. Officers found Marshall unresponsive in a central Sioux Falls townhome. Court documents say a video found on another suspect’s phone shows Roubideaux pointing at the bleeding victim and admitting to doing it. Two other people, Alesia BlackBonnet and Saige Quinn, are also charged in connection. Roubideaux is being held on a million dollar cash bond and is also facing charges from a previous assault case.
