Millard died July 3 at Avantara Salem Nursing Home in Salem.  A Celebration of Life will be Saturday from 1-3 PM at Bittner Funeral Chapel in conjunction with his son Randall’s Celebration of Life.  Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Mt. Vernon.  Arrangements by Bittner Funeral Chapel.
