MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The Mitchell Area Chamber of Commerce is launching CO.STARTERS Core, a ten-week program starting in September to help local entrepreneurs turn ideas into action. The hands-on course connects small business owners with peers and mentors, helping them test and refine their business models. It’s part of the Chamber’s push to grow Mitchell’s local economy.
