MITCHELL SD (Mitchell Now) The Mitchell Area Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee will host a 2026 General Election Ballot Measure Forum on Monday, October 5, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the DWU Pratt Board Room.
South Dakota Lieutenant Governor Tony Venhuizen and Rep. Erik Muckey will provide information on the four statewide ballot measures appearing in the 2026 General Election. The forum will give attendees an opportunity to learn more about each measure and hear responses to questions from the audience.
The event is open to the public and is intended to provide voters with information about the measures appearing on the ballot ahead of the November 3, 2026 General Election.
