MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The Mitchell City Council meets at 6 PM at City Hall in downtown Mitchell.  On the agenda is consideration of approval of a plat which would considerably change the layout of a new housing development adjacent to Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell.  Ridgeview on Foster leaders are seeking to vacate a portion of North Wallace Street in the 21-acre housing development and install a road leading into the development that’s closer to Foster Street.
