The Mitchell City Council meets tonight at 6 PM at City Hall in downtown Mitchell.  Tonight’s agenda includes action to approve a one-million dollar grant from the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources for a new recycling transfer station.  The grant would cover just over one-third of the total cost of the $2.68 million project.
