Mitchell City Council to hold special meeting to canvass returns, discuss Lake Mitchell

The Mitchell City Council will hold a special meeting at 5 PM at City Hall in downtown Mitchell to canvass the election returns from Tuesday’s city/school election.  Following that meeting, the council will hold a work session to discuss the financing of the Lake Mitchell project including dredging.

The meeting and work session are open to the public.
